Das Zimmer ist mit 15qm einem großen bodentiefen Eckfenster sehr hell. Das Zimmer ist länglich geschnitten und bietet genug Platz für das Studentenleben. In der angegebenen Miete sind alle Nebenkosten enthalten. Zur gemeinsamen Nutzung stehen unsere voll ausgestattete Küche mit Esstisch, ein Badezimmer mit Dusche und eine sehr große Dachterasse mit Rasenfläche bereit. Das Zimmer befindet sich im vierten Stock des JHH Studentenwohnheims. Ein Aufzug ist auch vorhanden.
Die angegebene Miete ist die Miete für einen Monat. D.h. bei Einzug Mitte Januar wäre läge die Gesamtmiete bei 975€.
The room is very bright with 15sqm a large floor-to-ceiling corner window. The room is elongated and offers enough space for student life. All utilities are included in the stated rent. For common use is our fully equipped kitchen with dining table, a bathroom with shower and a very large roof terrace with lawn. The room is located on the fourth floor of the JHH dormitory. An elevator is also available.
The stated rent is the rent for one month. That is, if you moved in mid-January, the total rent would be 975€.
Die WG liegt sehr günstig in der Kaulbachstraße. Die Haltestelle Universität ist nur ca. 5 Gehminuten entfernt und der Odeonsplatz etwa 10 Gehminuten.
Das beste ist aber die Nähe zum Englischen Garten. Man erreicht diesen für einen kurzen Spaziergang oder eine Abkühlung im Eisbach im Sommer in ca. 5 Minuten Fußweg. Natürlich sind auch Bars mit der U-Bahn oder auch zu Fuß gut erreichbar.
The flat share is very conveniently located in Kaulbachstraße. The stop Universität is only about 5 minutes walk away and Odeonsplatz about 10 minutes walk.
But the best thing is the proximity to the English Garden. You can reach it for a short walk or a cool down in the Eisbach in summer in about 5 minutes walk. Of course, bars are also easily accessible by subway or even on foot.
Unser WG-Leben ist sehr flexibel und unkompliziert. Mein Mitbewohner Sebastian und ich verstehen uns sehr gut. Sebastian ist super offen und wir quatschen, kochen oder trinken etwas zusammen. Man kann aber auch wunderbar seine Ruhe haben, wenn man das möchte. Er studiert TUM-BWL und arbeitet neben dem Studium als Werkstudent.
Im vierten Stock des Wohnheims befinden sich noch andere WGs mit denen wir uns super verstehen und auch gerne mal auf einen spontanen Besuch bei dem jeweils anderen vorbei kommen.
Our shared apartment life is very flexible and uncomplicated. My roommate Sebastian and I get along very well. Sebastian is super open and we chat, cook or drink something together. But you can also have your peace and quiet if you want to. He studies TUM-BWL and works as a student trainee alongside his studies.
On the fourth floor of the dormitory there are other shared flats with whom we get along great and also like to drop by for a spontaneous visit to each other.
