Das Zimmer ist schön geräumig, super hell dank bodentiefer Fenster und beherbergt ein paar schöne Pflanzen. Wäre super, wenn du diese auch ab und zu gießen könntest :)
Bei Interesse schreib mir einfach und dann schicke ich noch weitere Bilder und Infos.
Kann auch für einen kürzeren Zeitraum oder wochenweise vermietet werden.
Super zentral in der Maxvorstadt gelegen. Die nähste Öffie-Station ist die Nordendstraße, aber auch zum Josephsplatz (U2) und Universität (U3, U6) ist es nicht weit.
2er WG, berufstätig. Meine Schwester wohnt im anderen Zimmer und ihr teilt euch die Küche und das Bad. Wegen Berufsalltag müsste aufeinander Rücksicht genommen werden, was den Lärmpegel am späten Abend und morgens angeht. Ansonsten ist alles easy going. Außerdem gibt es einen Balkon mit Süd-West-Ausrichtung.
