Hi, we are 3 students at TUM who just moved into our new flat and we are looking for a flat mate. Because the rent is too expensive, we decided to rent out the living room.
Since the only way to get to the kitchen is through the living room door, we divided the living room using wardrobes and bookshelves as in the pictures. The area that remained from this division is our shared place with a balcony. You shouldn't be bothered too much about this shared area since we are friendly people, and we will respect your privacy as much as we can. The room is furnished, as can be seen from the pictures.
The flat is 4-5 mins walk away from the Dulferstrasse U-bahn station. It is 20 minutes to LMU and TUM central campus.
Also 5 mins walk away there is Mira shopping center and Netto, Penny, Lidl, Aldi, and Kaufland.
Neighbourhood is quiet and spacious.
We are 3 students doing our masters in TUM. We were friends for many years before moving in together so we get along well, and we are looking for someone who we will get along with. We like to sometimes cook and eat our meals together and hang out but during the semester, we will mostly be in our rooms studying. Keeping the flat clean and organized is important for us.
We have two bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen. We have storage room with key in the apartmant, which can be used to store bikes. We also have a garage though we plan to rent it.
