Your room has around 15m² and fully equipped with bed, wardrobe, shelve and a side table - the furniture is only one year old. If needed, I can also organize a desk for you.
You also have a big balcony which half you share with your flatmate (so 9m² for each:).
The room is located in the north so you have always light but it's not getting hot.
Our living room is also a corridor to all other rooms. It has a small kitchen that is fully equipped with cooking are, oven, microwave and fridge. The bathroom has a shower and a bath tube, a washing machine and a dryer. There is an additional restroom as well. We also have a storage room in the basement where you can leave things.
All together you have almost 50m² of room space you can use.
The pictures were taken in summer and the rooms may have some small changes now.
The apartment is located in Munich north just 400 meters from the metro station Harthof (U2), where you can also find many busses. There is also a bus stop for the night bus that also operates during night ours from the center.
The next train station is Feldmoching and reachable in 4 minutes by metro. To the city center and central station it takes only 12 minutes by subway.
In 10 minutes you can reach the Olympic Park by bike. Shopping possibilities are available im 400-1000 meters.
There are many green areas around the house as well as our own in the backyard.
The flat share has been existing for 5 years now but the constellation as now since last autumn: Nils (21) is moving out back home, Roberto (28) is from Chile, Natalia (44) is from Ukraine and I (30) am from Munich. Natalia is living with her son Andrey (15) until she can move back to Ukraine.
Because we are all working or studying additionally (Roberto) we don't have that classic flatshare lifestyle where we go out or cook together all the time. So please aware that we have just a convenient flatshare and not the stereotype one. But personally I am always ready for any kind of activities as long the time available :)
The monthly rent is 630€ PLUS 100€ (shared from 400) running costs, 22,75€ (shared from 91) electricity and 7,50€ WiFi (shared from 30). All together its 760€. But it's not possible to give the exact amount of additional costs now because electricity may be cheaper from January on and the water/heat may as well in spring.
GEZ and household costs we also share of course.
All the furniture and washing machine is free to use of course.
