Hello and Welcome to the WG of the Torquato Tasso Straße,
We are offering a room of 14 m2 located in the upper floor of our WG. Our WG is spread on two levels and we have two bathrooms as well as a kitchen. Upstairs, infront of your room the living room is located, downstairs we have a small room that we use for eating sometimes.
If your considering to message us its important for you to know, that were subletting the room from the start of February
till the end of may. You can officially notice the KVR that your living at our place if your taking the room. There is a possibility that you could stay longterm.
The WG is located at the most south of Milbertshofen bordering with Schwabing and is perfectly positioned for our needs: You can reach the City Center, the Universities and a lot of engineering companies at the Frankfurter Ring in a really decent time. We have three shops (Edeka, Rewe, Lidl) close to our WG, where you can fulfill almost all of your shopping needs.
Your roommates will be Gioele (25, master human factors engineering at TUM),, Paul (25, currently doing his technician), and me Timo (27, data engineer and also student of informatics). We are looking for a new roomie, because our fellow roomate Teresa is leaving for a journey to south America.
Now to who we are and what we would like or new roomie to be. Our WG is Definetly not, what one would call a "Zweck - WG": We spend quite a lot of time with each other, especially on weekends, where we like to have parties once in a while together with friends of ours, watch movies in our livingroom-TV, or play videogames on various consoles. Still, all of us are quite sensible people when it comes to normal working days and studying, where we respect quietness and sleep of the others. So to fit in our WG, you should ideally not be someone that likes to sleep early on every weekend's day, neither a recluse that only uses the room, nor someone who wants to party every single day. Sometimes we do things like going for runs together in the Olympiapark, cooking together or repent on the last day of drinking to much together in the living room.
Regarding our friends and parties: We are in quite an international environment of friends (Germans, italians, latinos, brasillians, french). That implies you feel cofortable in such an environment and probably means you should be comfortable in english and german (at least a bit of it). Other than that, we are happy to have someone with us that expands the cultural and culinary scope of our WG.
What else do you need to know? We like cleanliness and order and so should you. We think someone finishing their bachelor, doing their master's, or starting their work life would match best with us and our friends. That's why we assumed your age to be between 20 and 30. That said, we don't know your specifics, so just tell us who you are.

That can be achieved by an expressive text, an instagram account, or whatever way you can come up with.
