The apartment room is located at the top floor and therefor gives you privacy and a quite surrounding. The room features a highclass 1,80 * 2,00 meter sized Boxspring Bed to recover from whatever you did during day time. The kitchen features all equipment you will need to cook a proper meal, including coffee and tea options. If needed, there also is a washing machine and laundry dryer at the basement available.
The private Bed-Room is located in a cosy, modern and well equiped shared apartment, located in the northern part of Munich (Milbertshofen), close to the BMW Museum and the olympic Park. You can reach the city center by subway (8 Min. ride to Main Station) or use carsharing, as the apartment is still within the designated area.
At the time of your stay i will be living in the other part of the apartment and share bathroom and kitchen with you. Monday to Friday i will be mostly working during the day time, on weekends i only will be around randomly. For Corona times i am working in Homeoffice, of course. I'm looking for layed back people that look for a quite, clean room to stay over night and explore the city by day, but of course you are welcome to use the time as you like to sleep or stay at the room during the day - it will be all yours for the rental period.
