Die Miete von 450€ ist all-inclusive (Strom, Wasser, Interet, Müll etc.).
Spacious and quiet 19sqm room facing the backyard, fully furnished with a private partial en suite (see pictures) and a king size bed. The kitchen is fully equipped (2 fridges, 1 freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, blender etc.)
The monthly rent of 450€ is all inclusive (electricity, water, internet, waste disposal fee etc.)
Lage
Direkt and der Grenze zwischen Milbertshofen und Schwabing, weniger als 30 Meter zur U2 Haltestelle Milbertshofen, perfekt angebunden. Ubahnen kommen im 5min Takt. (Münchner Freiheit ~5min, LMU~10min, Marienplatz~12min., TU~8min, Hauptbahnhof ~10min).
Lidl & Rewe 5 min zu Fuß entfernt, Aldi & Netto 10min. Luitpoldpark und Olympia Park auch beides in der Nähe falls Ihr im Grünen joggen wollt. Nach dem Joggen könnt ihr es euch in einem der Nachbarschafts Restaurants & Bars (Cafe Blücher, Toni's Essbar, Nur einmal im Leben) gut gehen lassen.
Apartment is located at the boarder between Milbertshofen and Schwabing, less than 30 meters to the underground station Milbertshofen (U2). The trains depart in 5min intervals. (distance to Münchner Freiheit ~5min, LMU~10min, Marienplatz~12min., TU~8min, Hauptbahnhof ~10min).
Supermarkets are in very close walking distance and allow for easy and quick shopping (Lidl & Rewe ~5min, Aldi & Netto 10min). If you are interested in outdoor activities both Olypmiapark and Luitpoldpark are just around the corner. Afterwards you can relax in one of the cozy neighborhood restaurants & bars (Cafe Blücher, Toni's Essbar, Nur einmal im Leben).
WG-Leben
Mehmet und Ghazi sind beide bereits mit ihrem Master fertig und Arbeiten. Es wird gerne gekocht und auch sonst herrscht eine angenehme, eher ruhige Stimmung in der WG.
Mehmet and Ghazi both finished their masters and already joined the workforce. There's a lot of cooking happening and a pleasant vibe among the roomies, good conversations and respectful behaviour.

Erzählt uns doch einfach was über euch, wie seid ihr in München gelandet, was habt ihr so vor, wie seid ihr drauf, Hobbies. Das Übliche halt :) Freuen uns von euch zu hören!
