In unserer 3-er WG wird zum 1.4. ein Zimmer frei - als Zwischenmiete bis Ende Mai. Die Warmmiete liegt bei 375€ (inkl. Strom/Gas, Internet und GEZ) und es würde eine Abschlagszahlung für die Möbel von 100€ anfallen.
Die Wohnung ist voll ausgestattet mit Küche, Geschirrspüler, Bad mit Waschmaschine und Duschwanne, etc.. Mein Zimmer ist außerdem voll möbliert inkl. Bett, Schreibtisch und Stuhl, einem großen Ikea-Regal, einer Kommode und einem großen Regal. Den offenen Kleiderschrank und den weißen Sessel werde ich voraussichtlich mitnehmen (siehe Bilder).
Das Zimmer ist 11m² groß, aber zurzeit so eingerichtet, dass man in der Mitte noch genug Platz hat, um Yoga-Übungen o.ä. zu machen. Das Fenster liegt zu einem Parkstreifen raus, sodass man ins Grüne schaut und es sehr ruhig ist. Ich habe mich hier sehr wohl gefühlt.

Hey everyone,
In our 3-person shared flat, my room will be available from April 1 until May 31. The rent is 375€ (incl. electricity/gas, internet and GEZ) and there would be a down payment for the furniture of 100€.
The apartment is fully equipped with kitchen utilities, dishwasher, bathroom with washing machine and shower tub, etc.... My room is also fully furnished including a bed, a desk + chair, a large Ikea shelf, a dresser and a large bookshelf. I will probably take the open closet and the white armchair with me (see pictures).
The room is 11m², but currently set up in a way that you still have enough space in the middle of the room to do yoga exercises or similar. The window is facing a small park area, so it is quite quiet. I felt very comfortable here.
2-3 Minuten von hier zu Fuß entfernt ist die Haltestelle Frankfurter Ring, an der Busse und U-bahnen fahren. Außerdem gibt es verschiedene Supermärkte, Arztpraxen, etc. um die Ecke. Man kann von hier aus gut zum Luitpoldpark spazieren oder joggen und auch der Olympiapark ist nicht allzuweit entfernt.

The next busstop/subway station is Frankfurter ring, which you can reach within 2-3 minutes of walking. There are also various supermarkets, doctors' offices, etc. around the corner. You can walk or jog from here to Luitpoldpark, and Olympiapark is not too far away either.
Eure potenziellen Mitbewohner*innen sind Lisa und Maté. Die beiden sind befreundet, weshalb es keine Zweck-WG ist. Da das Zimmer jedoch nur zur Zwischenmiete bereit steht, weil ab Juni Lisas Freund einzieht, kannst du jedoch einfach entscheiden, auf wie viel Kontakt du Lust hast. Lisa studiert ihren Master in Ingenieurökologie und Maté ist freiberuflicher Klettercourch und demnach auch oft unterwegs in den Bergen.

Your potential roommates are Lisa and Maté. They are friends and usually spend some time together in the evenings. However, since the room is only available for interim rent, you can simply decide on how much interaction you want to have while living together. Lisa is studying her master's degree in engineering ecology and Maté is a freelance climber and therefore often on the road in the mountains.
Bitte meldet euch nur, wenn ihr die Kaution in Höhe von 900€ zahlen könnt und auch mit der Abschlagszahlung einverstanden seid.
