The other room in my two-bedroom WG is available starting from the month of August. It comes partially furnished (bed, wardrobe, desk, small desk chair) and we have storage space in a cellar. We are conveniently located around various restaurants and cafés, two blocks away from the U2 Frankfurter Ring station, and more than three supermarkets at a walking distance. The neighborhood is pretty quiet and the windows face towards a nice green view with constant bird chirping in the background.
I am a Mexican physics master's student at the LMU and am normally either on campus, quietly working in my room, or doing sports. Some of my hobbies include reading literature, watching documentaries, running, swimming, and climbing. I enjoy having a coffee or beer with my roommate, but it’s also fine to respect each other’s time and space during busy times.
The ideal flatmate traits:
- has a similarly busy schedule
- cleaning habits come natural / always cleans after themselves
- responsible / good communication skills
- respects cleaning schedule agreements
- bonus: ambivert or friendly introvert personality :-)
