You will have own access to balcony. Large windows in the room give you refreshing feeling. A big-size bed, bookshelf, wardrobe, TV with a table, standing lamp, bedside drawer are all available in the room and there is even more space to use according to your wish, for a sofa e.g.
Rent is including everything like WLAN, heating, electricity, ARD fee.The kitchen is fully equipped also with washing machine and dishwasher.
The location of the house is great. Both U2(Milbertshofen) and U3(Petuelring) are available within 7-8 min by foot. With both lines you could access to city center easily. (Hbf 8 min with U2/Marienplatz 10 min with U3). There is also bus station right in front of the house.
Both Olympiapark and Luitpoldpark are within 15 min walking distance.
Many supermarkets like Netto, Norma, Penny(x2), Edeka, Lidl are nearby. Rossmann and dm are also nearby along with 2 pharmacies, bakery and cafes.
You will be living with me, a young professional, and Christopher, middle-age but young soul person. Since both of us are working during the week, we prefer cozy and calm evenings without so much noise around. But we chill together from time to time with a beer/vine or watch some movies etc. During the weekends sometimes we go for a walk to nearby parks.
We have a cleaning schedule for weekends to keep the flat neat and tidy.
The room is available for a short time from beginning of June until mid-August. A working professional flatmate would be preferable.
