A fully furnished, sunny room in a fully equipped 3WG apartment. It is 12m² with high ceilings, a big window and a beautiful wooden floor. The room has a a bed with storage space underneath, a desk, a wardrobe, a bookcase, a small coffee table and a drawer.
The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with everything a person needs (two fridges, dishes, cutlery, pans etc) and a big bathroom with a bathtub. There is also a dining area where you can eat dinner alone or with your flatmates.
There is also a laundry room in the basement with washing machine and a dryer.
The apartment is 2' away from the Milbertshofen U-Bahn station (U2). This station is ~6-7' from the city center (Hauptbahnhof). There is also a bus stop 5' by foot.
Right across the building there is a big Rewe and in the neighbourhood there are some cute coffee shops and restaurants. Also, Olympiapark is really close for some walks in the nature!
Since me and one of my flatmates are moving out soon, there will be our 3rd flatmate left, Kelly!
The everyday life is very normal. In the morning everyone is busy doing their work and in the evening sometimes we eat dinner together in the dining area and sometimes we prefer a quiet night in our rooms.
It is very important for everyone to feel comfortable here, so we try to be considerate with each other (cleaning, respect of privacy, loud volumes etc).
I am looking forward to finding a new person for my room, who will also enjoy it as much as I did!
