About the Room:
Bright room with large closet and view to the back park of the apartment. The room can be furnished according to specific needs.
About the apartment:
A practical apartment where one can live, work and relax accordingly.
In the flat you have a main hole with a wardrobe where we put our jackets and shoes after the entry.
After entering the flat, you have on the left side of the apartment a warm kitchen with dining area and all the facilities needed in a kitchen.
On the right side of the apartment you have a nice living room with a large and comfortable couch in front of a wall where we used to put a projector. There is also a big table where we used to have dinner and appertitivo.
Attached to the living room, you have a large balcony to hang out :)
On the right side you will also find your room, and beside there is a small room that is a storage room where we put our cleaning staff and luggage.
The flat has a spacious bathroom toilette with a washing machine and all the facilities needed.
The apartment has a large private cellar where we put our stuff together with the bicycles.
There is also a private garden at the back of the apartment where one can grill and spend the day.
Living the flat has an extra cost of 100 euros including: light-water-gas-internet-maintenance
The apartment will be fully furnished and in case you use a car there is a private parking space waiting for you whenever is needed.

- 3 minutes away from Lidl and EDEKA or other service as Rossman; Deutsche Post and Farmacy
- 5 minutes (max) away from the metro
- Surrounded by coffees and restaurants
- Easy access by bike directly to the city centre (24 minutes bike to Marienplatz)
- 9 minutes bike toOlympiapark & 13 mintes to Englischer Garten

About Me:
I was born and lived in Buenos Aires, Argentina, until I was 18 years old.
Then I moved to Bologna, Italy for studies and professional development.
After leaving in different places like Milan, Glasgow, Madrid and Barcelona I am currently working as a consultant in the insurance industry in Munich where I decided to stay.
I am a lover of sports, good food and wine and/or coffee talks.
I like to travel and once at home I like to relax and enjoy the time within the flat.
