Das Zimmer befindet sich in der Nähe vom FIZ (BMW) und liegt in einer ruhigeren Seitenstraße. Das Zimmer ist ca. 18qm groß und westseitig ausgerichtet.
Durch die Ausrichtung ist es ein heller Raum der aber auch im Sommer nicht zu heiß wird. Gerade vom 4 OG aus haben wir eine wunderbare Aussicht und dürfen täglich einen herrlichen Sonnenuntergang erleben.
The room is located near the FIZ (BMW) and is on a quieter side street. The room is approx. 18sqm in size and faces west.
Due to the orientation, it is a bright room that does not get too hot even in summer. Especially from the 4th floor we have a wonderful view and can experience a wonderful sunset every day.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe zu BMW (FIZ) und auch ÖPNV (Bus) befinden sich nur 3 min. Fussläufig in der Nähe.
Auch die U2 befindet sich nur 10 min. Fussweg entfernt - der Vorteil bei dieser Linie ist, das sie direkt bis ins Münchner Zentrum fährt.
The apartment is in the immediate vicinity of BMW (FIZ) and public transport (bus) is only a 3-minute walk away.
The U2 is also only a 10-minute walk away - the advantage of this line is that it goes directly to the center of Munich.
Wir sind drei Herren im Alter von 21-25.
Der älteste Mitbewohner arbeitet in der Gastronomie wodurch er tagsüber meistens schläft. Er ist sehr freundlich und wenn er da ist immer bei einem Plausch mit einem Bierchen mit dabei.
Der zweite Mitbewohner studiert BWL und arbeitet am Münchner Flughafen. Er ist ein ruhiger Typ und immer hilfsbereit.
Da wir alle relativ viel arbeiten überschneiden sich die gemeinsamen Zeiten nicht sehr oft. Dennoch gehen wir gerne mal in eine Bar oder machen im Sommer einen Ausflug an den Feringa See.
We are three gentlemen aged 21-25.
The oldest roommate works in the catering trade, which means that he sleeps most of the day. He is very friendly and when he is there he is always there for a chat with a beer.
The second roommate studies business administration and works at Munich Airport. He is a quiet guy and always willing to help.
Since we all work a lot, the times we spend together don't often overlap. Nevertheless, we like to go to a bar or take a trip to Lake Feringa in the summer.
