Dein Zimmer ist groß, hell und freundlich. Insgesamt ist es eine kleine aber feine 2,5 Zimmer Wohnung. Es gibt ein kleines Bad mit Waschmaschiene und Dusche, eine Küche und einen kleinen Abstellraum (auch für Schuhe). Da wir im 3. OG wohnen hat unsere Wohnung überall leichte Wandschrägen. Allergiefreundlich ist es außerdem auch noch. Es sind keine Haustiere vorhanden und bis auf die Fliesen in Bad und Küche ist Laminat verlegt.
Die Lage in Mönkeberg ist, trotz des Mehrfamilienhauses, sehr ruhig. Zum Strand sind es nur 10 Gehminuten. Die FH ist gut mit dem Bus (ca. 10min) oder mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen. EDEKA ist ca. 7 Gehminuten von der Wohnung entfernt und sonst ist in Dietrichsdorf famila, Aldi und Rossmann.
Insgesamt suche ich eine/n nette/n Mitbewohner/in, da meine jetztige Mitbewohnerin mit ihrem Freund zusammenzieht. Das WG-Leben an sich, sehe ich entspannt. Ab und zu ist mein Freund auch mit da. Es kann, muss aber keine Zweck-WG sein.
