ab dem 1.6. wird in unserer schönen WG am Moosacher Bahnhof ein Zimmer frei. Die Miete beträgt aktuell 480 warm, könnte aber mit der nächsten Nebenkostenabrechnung ein bisschen steigen.
Das Zimmer ist ca. 12qm groß, hell und hat das Fenster zum Innenhof. Das Bett, die Kommode und die beiden Wandregale sind in einem guten Zustand und stehen zur Ablöse.

Dear potential future flatmates,
from 1.6. a room will be available in our nice shared flat at Moosacher Bahnhof. The total rent is currently 480€ but could rise slightly due to enegery prices.
The room is about 12sqm, bright and has the window towards a calm courtyard. The bed, the chest of drawers and the two single shelves on the walls are in good condition and will be sold to the next tenant for a reasonable price.
Man hat von uns in unter 5 Minuten Anschluss zu S-Bahn, Ubahn und Tram wodurch man schnell in der Stadt ist. Außerdem kommt man im Sommer super zu den Seen im Norden oder zu einem der Moosacher Biergärten.

It is not far to take the S-Bahn, Ubahn or Tram line (less than 5 minutes), which makes it easy to get to the city. By bike you can easily get to the lakes in the north or to one of the beer gardens in Moosach.
Bei uns wohnen aktuell Deborah (26), David (33) und Flo (27). Deborah studiert Responsibility in Science, Engineering and Technology an der TUM und David Elektrotechnik im Master. Flo arbeitet als Ingenieur und verlässt die WG, weil er mit seiner Freundin zusammenzieht. Wir sprechen englisch, spanisch, portugiesisch und deutsch gemischt und wünschen uns für die WG eine*n freundliche*n und offene*n Mitbewohner*in. Es wäre uns auch wichtig, das du ordentlich und im WG Leben erprobt bist.

Currently living with us are Deborah (26), David (33) and Flo (27). Deborah is studying Responsibility in Science, Engineering and Technology at TUM and David is studying Electrical Engineering for his Master's degree. Flo works as an engineer and is leaving the WG because he is moving in with his girlfriend. We speak a mix of English, Spanish, Portuguese and German and are looking for a friendly and sociable roommate. It would also be important for us that you are somewhat organized and experienced in living in a shared flat.
