Hello everyone I am Sonia and I am the current tenant.
I am looking for a new room mate in our shared flat since I am moving out to go live with a friend of mine. We are working professionals. I am offering a nice and cozy room in a shared flat near Olympiapark, the area is full of nice apartments and green areas thus very quiet. The room is 11m2 and has its own balcony which is shared with another flat mate and its perfect during the hot summer nights. The room is fully equipped with a desk and chair, queen size bed and closet (a chest of drawers can also be taken over for a fair price).
The apartment is furnished, has four rooms with wooden floors, a nice balcony with a view over the famous O2 tower, a bathroom, a toilet, a kitchen and a living space. The apartment is on the first floor (lift is also available) and has been recently renovated.
The common areas include: a dining room with table and chairs where you can have dinner or a tea with the other flat mates. The big balcony with a table, umbrella and chairs for the hot summer nights. The kitchen with all the needed facilities such as kettle, microwave, oven and dishwasher. Two toilets: one is equipped with wc, shower and sink and the other one has a bath tub, sink and laundry machine.
The apartment is is right next to the O2 Tower, only 7 minutes walk from the U1/U7 station Georg-Brauchle-Ring or 10 minutes walk from Olympia-einkaufszentrum (U3), additionally you have a tram and bus stops (tram 20) only 5 minutes away; all in all the zone is well connected, with the Hauptbahnhof only 8 minutes away by underground. Shops like supermarket, post office, pharmacy and so on arre within walking distance. The apartment also has a basement were you can store your belongings and parking spot for bike and cars.
