This is a 3 month sublet will be a contract until August 31st and you’re able to use everything in the flat at not extra cost, with the option to take over lease at the end of the period. The house comes with one cat that i will be coming back for in September.

Tell us a little about yourself and hour habits and hobbies and we can arrange a time for a viewing. I’m home all day but Jimmy comes home after 6 usually and it’s you two who need to get along ;) but you can also come for the viewing and have a video chat with jimmy later.

- Die Straßenbahnlinie 20 verkehrt alle 10 Minuten und ist in 3 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen und bringt Sie in 20 Minuten in die Stadt. Die Nachtstraßenbahn fährt auf der gleichen Strecke. Wenn Sie zum Flughafen wollen, nehmen Sie 4 Haltestellen in die andere Richtung und Sie bekommen eine direkte Linie von Moosach S1 (insgesamt eine Stunde)
- Westfriedhof S-bhan (U1) ist 7 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, und 8 Minuten vom Hauptbahnhof. Das sind 15 Minuten, um in die Stadt zu gelangen.
- Das Olympia-Einkaufszentrum und Lidl sind in 20 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
REWE ist 7 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.
- Das Fitnessstudio nebenan ist 2 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, ansonsten liegt das Fit-Star-Fitnessstudio auf Ihrer Straßenbahnstrecke und ist in 10 Minuten mit der Straßenbahn zu erreichen.

The apartment is in a prime location, with the following key points.
• The 20 tram occurs every 10 minutes and is 3 mins by foot and takes you into the city in 20 minutes. The night tram is on the same route. If you want to go the airport, you take 4 stops in the other direction and you’ll get a direct line from Moosach S1 (total one hour)
• Westfriedhof S-bhan(U1) is 7 mins by foot, and 8 mins from Hauptbahnhof. That’s 15 mins to get into the city.
• Olympia Shopping Center and Lidl is a 20 min walk.
REWE - is a 7 min walk.
• The next-door gym is 2 mins by foot otherwise the fit star gym is on your tram route and about 10 mins by tram

Jimmy ist 32 Jahre alt und arbeitet bei BMW in der Motorradabteilung. Man findet ihn also meistens bei seiner ersten Liebe - seinem Motorrad. Ansonsten würde er kochen (er ist ein großartiger Koch!). Wir sehen uns manchmal gemeinsam Filme an, gehen am Ende der Woche zusammen zu Lidl und essen ab und zu zusammen. Wir respektieren die Freizeit des anderen und, was noch wichtiger ist, die Privatsphäre des anderen. Wir sind beide sehr stolz auf unser Haus, und wir teilen den Raum mit Verständnis und Geduld. Wir bemühen uns immer um eine saubere Wohnung. Um es einfach auszudrücken: Wir sind Freunde, auf die wir uns verlassen können.

So Jimmy is 32 and works at BMW in the motorbike department, so you'll find him usually tending to his first love - his bike. otherwise, he would be cooking (he’s a great cook!). We sometimes watch movies together, go to Lidl at the end of the week together and share a meal every now and then. We respect each other's down time and more importantly each other's privacy. We both are very house proud, and we share the space with understanding and patience. We always aim for a clean apartment. To put it simply; we’re friends who we can depend on each other.
