A house in Moosach is forming a new WG with 4 rooms from 1st of July (earlier contract/ move in date is also possible).
In the ground floor there is the kitchen, a big living room and the backyard. The 3 rooms are at the first floor with a common bathroom and shower. The second floor is the under-roof room (Attic) with its own bathroom and shower.
The Kitchen will be equipped soon with fridge, sink, dishwasher, oven and microwave. Also, The living room will have a big Sofa to share for everyone.
2 rooms are sharing a balcony.
The nebenkosten includes all the expenses except the internet and GEZ per person.
The contract can be renewed every 6 month ( with 2 month notice ahead) and the deposit is 2 month cold rent.
