Hi, I will be leaving soon from 1.11 (or earlier), and I am looking for a great new roommate for my lovely roomies.
The 15m2 room has plenty of light and a big opening window. The bed and closet are included in the rent, were new when I moved in and are in a good state. The shower and kitchen are modern and give plenty of comfort. The kitchen includes induction stoves, an oven, a large fridge, and a dishwasher. The show has a shower/bath and a modern sink. We have the fastest available internet so working from home is no problem.
The location in terms of transport is super easy and accessible. There is a bus stop 30 seconds from the front door, the U5 is 2 minutes by bike, and the S-bahn station is prety close too. Currently, the U5 is being extended, so soon, it will be even closer. Free parking is available on the street.
You will be living with two lovely people. Akanksha, 25, and Niket 27, both work in software development (financial services and AD Cars). Watching movie together, going to a party, going out for dinner and cooking together (both are excellent cooks, like properly good ;-)) are things we enjoy together. Be aware, that both speak some German, but speaking English is mandatory.
The highest compliment I can give them is that I want to keep seeing them even when I move out.
