Das Zimmer hat eine schöne Südausrichtung und man blickt auf viele Bäume, in einer ruhigen Nebenstraße. Die Wohnküche ist groß und von ihr aus kommt man auf einen netten Balkon.
Eventuell ist das Zimmer auch langfristig frei.
Ruhig und grün liegt die Wohnung in Schwabing. Nicht weit entfernt von der Münchner Freiheit mit Cafes und Geschäften. U-Bahnen sind in ca 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, Bus & Straßenbahn in 1 Minute. Bio-Supermarkt gleich ums Eck. Auch der Englische Garten ist fußläufig erreichbar.
Ein wunderschönes Zimmer in einer sehr netten Gegend wartet auf Euch. Ich bin WG erfahren, freu mich über nen gemeinsamen Cafe, finde es aber genauso gut, wenn jeder sein Ding machen kann.
Unter der Woche bin ich mehr Zuhause als am Wochenende, da bin ich meist von Freitag bis Sonntag weg. Ich spiele Kontrabass (Bluegrass und Oldtime Music) und bin gerne in den Bergen.
