Das Zimmer ist groß und hell, zwei schöne tiefe Fenster, sodass man auf dem Fensterbrett entspannt sitzen kann. Natürlich komplett eingerichtet, ich räume meine Sachen so gut es geht weg, damit du dich hier richtig einleben kannst. Das Zimmer befindet sich im ersten Stock der Wohnung, direkt auf der Eben zum Balkon, Küche, Wohnraum und kleinem Bad. Im oberen Stockwerk ist noch ein Zimmer und ein großes Bad (mit Badewanne, Waschmaschine und Trockner!)
In der Küche gibt es auch einen Geschirrspüler, was gerade im Berufsalltag ein Segen ist.

The room is large and bright, with two nice deep windows so you can sit and relax on the windowsill. Fully furnished of course, I'll put my things away as best I can so that you can settle in properly. The room is on the first floor of the flat, directly on the level to the balcony, kitchen, living room and small bathroom. On the upper floor there is another room and a large bathroom (with bathtub, washing machine and tumble dryer!)
There is also a dishwasher in the kitchen, which is a blessing especially in everyday working life.
Direkt über einem tollen Café (der Geldbeutel weint...) und umgeben von tollen Restaurants und weiteren Cafés. Praktischerweise gibt es ein EInkaufszentrum um die Ecke mit allen erdenklichen Supermärkten (Edeka, DM, LIDL, Bio markt,..). Innerhalb weniger Minuten erreichst du die Tram, U- und S-Bahn. Egal, was der MVG macht, du kommst überall hin.

Directly above a great café (your wallet is crying...) and surrounded by great restaurants and other cafés. Conveniently, there is a shopping centre around the corner with all kinds of supermarkets (Edeka, DM, LIDL, Bio markt,...). You can reach the tram, underground and S-Bahn within a few minutes. No matter what the MVG does, you can get anywhere.
Entspannt, locker: alles kann, nichts muss. Wir sind alle berufstätig und verstehen daher, wie wichtig es ist, Zeit für sich zu haben. Da wir uns aber auch super verstehen, essen wir gerne zusammen, gehen gemeinsam auf Konzerte, backen Plätzchen oder verquatschen uns bei einem Glas Wein oder einer Tasse Kaffee.
Beide MitbewohnerInnen machen viel und gerne Sport. Von Skifahren, klettern, Gym, Joggen bis Yoga ist fast alles dabei. Frstivals, Konzerte, aber auch mal entspannt bei einer Tasse kaffee im Hauseigenen Café ein Buch lesen.

Relaxed, easy: everything can, nothing has to. We all work and therefore understand how important it is to have time for ourselves. But as we also get on really well, we like to eat together, go to concerts together, bake biscuits or chat over a glass of wine or a cup of coffee.
Both of them are open minded and activ people. Skiing, rock climbing, gym, running, yoga - or going to concerts, festivals,… you name it!
Wir haben eine super liebe Putzhilfe, die je nach Bedarf alle 1-2 Wochen vorbeikommt. Hier wechseln wir uns immer ab. Einmal bist du also auch dran im Januar, rechne hierfür bitte 30€ (in Bar) noch dazu. Einfach, damit eine Grundsauberkeit da ist. Müll runterbringen etc machen wir natürlich trotzdem ;)
Mietpreis ist für einen Monat angegeben, das Zimmer aber für 5 Wochen frei. Daten sind etwas flexibel, aber wer für die ganzen 5 Wochen einziehen kann wird bevorzugt :)

We have a lovely cleaning lady who comes round every 1-2 weeks as required. We always take turns here. So it'll be your turn once in January too, please add €30 (in cash) for this. Simply so that there is a basic cleanliness. Of course, we still take out the rubbish out etc. ;)
Rental price is for one month, but the room is available for 5 weeks. Dates are somewhat flexible, but whoever can move in for the whole 5 weeks will be favoured :)
