Das 22qm große Zimmer ist vollmöbliert (inklusive Kleiderschrank, 140m Bett, Schreibtisch, Sofa,...; siehe Bilder), mit schönem Parkette ausgelegt und bietet im vierten Stock einen Blick über die Dächer der Ludwigvorstadt.
Die Miete vom 1.02.24 beträgt insgesamt 1200 Euro.

we offer you a furnished room of 22 square meters in our shared flat at the 'Goetheplatz'. :)
The room is fully furnished (including closet, queen sized bed, desk, couch,....; pictures attached), with wooden floor and a view across the roofs of our district.
The whole rent from 1.02.24 is 1200 Euro.
Am Goetheplatz wohnst du sehr zentral und erreichst zu Fuß in Minuten U-Bahn, Bus und Tram. Innerhalb von 10 Minuten kannst du somit überall in der Innenstadt sein (Hauptbahnhof in 4 min; Marienplatz in 3 min; Universität(LMU)/Englischer Garten in 6 min; TUM in 10 min,...). Direkt gegenüber gibt es Edeka, Rewe, Penny, Alnatura, einen Späti und diverse Restaurants/Cafes. Gegenüber von unserem Haus kannst du mit deinem Auto parken und für dein Fahrrad gibt es einen Fahrradkeller.
The 'Goetheplatz' is very central within Munich. Public transportation (subway, bus, city train) is only a minute away. Therefore within 10 minutes you can reach all of the inner city (central station in 4 min; 'Marienplatz' in 3 min; University(LMU)/english garden in 6 min; TUM in 10 min,...). Right across the street you can shop in a variety of supermarkets (Edeka, Rewe, Penny, Alnatura, 'Späti') and visit a diversity of restaurants/cafes. you can park your car across the street and can store your bike in our cellar.
Du wirst in Paulis (weiblich, 23) Zimmer leben, welche in der Zeit unseres Zusammenwohnens ein Praktikum im Ausland macht. Deine Mitbewohner (Mia (weiblich, 19) & Daniel (männlich, 29)) sind Studierende and der TUM/LMU und freuen sich über dich als Teil unserer mehrsprachigen (deutsch/englisch) Nicht-Zweck-WG, egal welches Geschlecht, Alter und ob arbeitend/studierend/Azubi. Wir freuen uns über nette Gespräche und respektieren die gegenseitige Privatsphäre. Das große Bad (mit Dusche, Badewanne und Waschmaschine), Toilette und Wohnküche (mit Esstisch und Spülmaschine) werden wir uns teilen (siehe Bilder).
You will live in Paulis (female, 23) room who is doing an internship abroad. Your roommates Mia (female, 19) and Daniel (male, 29) are students at LMU/TUM and are excited to welcome you into our bilingual (german/english) shared flat, regardless of age, gender and occupation. We are excited to spend some time together and also respect each others privacy. The bathroom (including bath tub, shower and washing machine), toilette and kitchen (including dining table and dishwasher) are shared spaces (pictures attached).
Bevor du bei uns einziehst würden wir dich gerne per FaceTime/Zoom kurz & formlos kennenlernen, um einen ersten Eindruck zu kriegen.
