I am offering my room in a spacious 3-er WG for long term. The WG has 2 bathrooms with washing machine and dryer, fully equipped kitchen, spacious living room with a dining area and a terrace. The apartment includes an underground parking space and bike storage. There is cleaning 2x a month.

The atmosphere in and around the apartment is generally quiet and peaceful. You will share the apartments with 2 friendly flatmates who are both working professionals in the R&D sector.They are great company to be with, respect privacy and are very accommodating.
