A flatmate is moving out at 30.01.2022 and i try to find a new tenant now. So from 31.01.2022 you could move in. There are one german guy living, which is living in 1 room of that 2-room-appartment. The other room is free from 31.01.2022. The pictures of that room I will add here.
You can find in the apartment a full equipped kitchen, with everything what you need, modern bath- and toiletroom and your sleeping room is completely with the needed furniture. You have access to 2 big shelves, one big desk, one small desk, one double bed and a couch (which can be used also as a sleeping couch).
The german guy is very calm and friendly.
There is 2 options to move in:
If you want to move in as a single person:
The monthly rent would be 700 Euro, the deposit would be 1500 Euro
If you want to move in with a friend, so you want to move in as a “2 persons”
The monthly rent would be 800 Euro, the deposit would be also 1500 Euro
For sure preferred are persons, which can move in straight from the best 01.02.2022 or from 15.02.2022.
