Hi everyone!
Soon we will have 2 rooms available in this amazing WG! So, we are looking for new roomies for share this nice place in the heart of Giesing.
- Location: 3 minutes by walk from Giesing Banhof, sourrounded by supermarkets, health services, Friseur, bike shops, a bakery (a great one tho! you can even pay later if you dont have cash :P), cafés, etc. Perlacher Forst and the Isar are just about 10 minutes by bike!
-WG life: Such great guys (Andrés and Bine) will share with you the WG. They are great friends, roomies and great persons as well, so we will care about who is applying :) and we want to be clear, we are not looking for someone for to just share the "rent" of the flat, so please keep it in mind :)
Andrés is such a nice chilean guy, working on the bike sector, enthusiastic with sports like triathlon and skiing and develop NGO and sustainable projects
Bine is the friend that everyone wants to have! uncomplicated, nice, always up for a beer or to share a good talk! she is working as a teacher and touriste guide in München!
- WG-interior: We have 2 bathroowms, 1 kitchen, living room and one room with two sofas where you can chill :) (Wohnzimmer), a basement where you can store some stuff and a room to keep your bike safe!
- Rooms:
Room 1: This room will be available from 1st of may, oriented to the east, spacious and pretty well maintained.
Rent: 433
Caution: 890
Room 2: This room (photos uploaded) will be available from 1st of July (with posibility to move from 23-jun), oriented to the east (perfect morning sunlight for your plants :) )
Rent: 470 e
Caution: 900e
*Due the differents availabilities for both rooms, the "Room 1" will have preference!
