Die Miete ist inklusive aller Nebenkosten. (Wasser, Strom, Heizung, Internet W-Lan, etc).
Die Wohnung ist komplett möbliert und ausgestattet . In der Küche ist ebenso alles nötige vorhanden. Wie Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine mit Trockner.

A furnished room in an equipped apartment in Schwabing is available from 15.03.
The rent includes all utilities (Water, electricity, heating, internet wifi, etc).
The apartment is fully furnished and equipped. In the kitchen there are available all appliances. Like dishwasher and washing machine with dryer.
Registration with the KVR is of course possible! :-)
Belgradstrasse Minuten fußläufg von der U-Bahn Haltestelle Scheidplatz (U2,U3,U8 sowie Tram und Busshaltestelle).
Der Luitpoldpark befindet sich direkt gegenüber. Perfekt für tolle Spaziergänge oder Sport.

Deine Mitbewohner wären Nico (20) und Madalena (22). Er studiert an der LMU und sie macht ein Praktikum in einem Unternehmen. Er kommt aus Brasilien und sie aus Portugal, so dass Sie in diesem Haus viel Protugiesisch hören werden. Mads spricht kein Deutsch, daher suchen wir idealerweise einen neuen Mitbewohner, der auch bereit ist, Englisch zu sprechen.
Wir kommen gut miteinander aus und sehen uns manchmal gemeinsam Filme an, aber jeder von uns hat seinen eigenen Raum und respektiert seine Privatsphäre.

Your roommates would be Nico (20) and Madalena (22). He is studying at LMU and she is doing an internship in a company. He is from Brazil and she is from Portugal, so you will hear a lot of Protuguese in this house. Mads doesn't speak German, so ideally we are looking for a new roommate who is also willing to speak English.
We get along well and sometimes watch movies together, but we each have our own space and respect our privacy.
