The apartment/wohnung/place has everything you would think of, that you need.
The kitchen has everything as well, including airfryer, mixer, wasserkocher, microwave, refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, etc...
Vacuumcleaner, iron, etc is also there.
It is perfect, Bus, Ubahn/subway, all supermarkets, location is great, the best attribute of this place for sure. People tend to fancy this location.
- 20 mins to the city center with public transport.
- 10 mins with bike to a lake
- 3 mins to public transport, supermarkets, restaurants.
My flatmate is moving out with his girlfriend, so I am looking for a new flatmate.
Important things for me:
Non smokers
You pay the rent at the time it is required
Parties are only allowed if planned in advance, as a rule, that comes from the owner.
Your partner does not live with you/come too often. If that is your plan, we can arrange the price in advance.
I prefer spanish, english, german languages.
Furniture = Total: 190E. Plus you would have to buy at least some of the furniture of my flatmate. The good thing is that it is already there, since we live in the fourth floor you will save some headache and money. As a package is not that expensive, and you will get less stressed about coming up with new things.
Deposit/Kaution = 1500, and if you would like to stay in this apartment next year after I move that is also fine, so you will get the full contract.

I am not expecting us to hang out all the time, but for sure we can talk from time to time about how is the other person doing and if you are down to do sports (bike, running, walk, yoga, pamelareif) that could be cool, if not it is totally fine.
