The apartment is on the 3rd floor of an apartment building with an elevator. The area is quiet and ideal living. In addition to the two bedrooms, it has a large bathroom, including a bath tub with a washing machine and a spacious and fully equipped eat-in kitchen with a dishwasher.
Your future room is approx. 18 square meters, and thanks to the large south-facing floor window, it is cool during the day in summer and very bright and flooded with light in winter. 😉
The apartment is located in a beautiful, calm area. 4 minutes away from Holzapfelkreuth U6 station, in which you can reach everything from here and directly to the city center, Sendlinger Tor, Marienplatz, Universität ....etc.
The apartment is surrounded by green, beautiful areas. West Park, Waldfriedhof is very close and can be reached in 5 minutes by bike.
You don't have to go far for shopping, either: Edeka, Penny, Lidl can be reached in about 5-10 minutes on foot.
You will live with me, Ammaro (30) in the future. I'm an architect. In my "Corona free time" I like to watch films and series, do sports and like to cook from time to time. In the summer, I am on my bike most of the time, or I go for a swim in the Isar, Südbad or Olympia-Schwimmhalle. When it comes to my German language skills, I can communicate in (B1 - B2) level 😊
I'm looking for someone who is relaxed, open to a sociable shared life, and likes to do something together from time to time. Of course, there is time for yourself, and closing the door behind you is also perfectly fine! And most importantly, taking care of the cleanliness of the apartment.
There is a fee of €500 for the furniture in the apartment (washing machine, dishwasher...etc.)
The room is available right away. And If you have a car, no problem! A parking space belongs to the apartment for 40 Euros. 😊
