Apartment is located in the heart of Munich, making it convenient for your stay. The Giesing Bhanhof, S-bhan, bus stops, restaurants, supermarkets, and everything else you need are just 1 minutes' walk away. The washroom is for your private use, except for the washing machine, which is shared with one tenant. You will have a smart T.V, coffee and tea maker in your room , in addition we will provide complete bedding with extra set of sheets and covers. We normally rent it for short term holiday purposes but we are looking forward to rent it out for upto 6 months or subjected to discussion. You will be sharing the kitchen with one tenent, who hardly cooks. He is a very clean, calm and private man in his late 30's working in a reputed company. This room is suitable for working people or short term interns who wants furnished apartment without the need of buying utensils and bedding. Suitable for People who wants privacy and looking for a great transport connectivity.

Peolpe who wants to rent it on month basis without registration are welcome. 850/ Month .
Registration will be possible for a stay of 3 months and above.
