Hope, that despite everything you yet enjoy your life. About the room, it is just normal room, like it is on the photos. I do like it, because window goes directly to the green flowerbed. Inside the room there are the table, chair, board, bed, mattress. And that's it, I think. Also, small mirror on the door. Other things depends mostly on the person, how to make it look nicer.
You know the address, so can see, that public transport is pretty much nearby. With the tram it's possible to reach center, and tram is very nearby. With the U-Bahn it's possible to reach whatever you want, but, of course, for local standards it's far away from the center. Nice parks can be reached within 10-20 minutes
We share kitchen. My roommates are friendly people, and right now there are just four of us. But it's not clear, the maximum WG is for 7 people, may be soon there would be more people. Bathroom and toilet are shared between three people. So, it's better.
It's important, that you are student. If you study not in Munich, then it would be better, that you have some document, that shows, that you have internship or anything like that in Munich. Otherwise, I cannot sublet my room officially. I move to Hamburg, and, unfortunately, cannot refuse from the room now. If you need, we can have a skype call, then I could show you the room and answer questions.
I will move out on 24th of April, so it's possible to arrange a contract from this date, if you would like to)
