I am subletting my room for one month since I'm not going to be in Munich. The room is spacious and as you can see in the pictures is fully furnished. Some of my things will be still around during this period, but I'll make sure that you have all the space you need.
The apartment is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, and has a big balcony. Common rooms include a bathroom and a toilet, kitchen, dining room and living room.

The apartment is located at a 5 minutes walk from the Neuperlach Zentrum Ubahn station. Under 10min walk from the apartment there are various shops and grocery stores, and a shopping center with shops for everything one might need. At one Ubahn stop from here you can find Ostpark.
You'll live with two German flatmates, male and female, both very easygoing and open minded.
