Wir suchen eine Mitbewohnerin für unsere WG in Neubiberg.
Das Zimmer befindet sich im Dachgeschoss, ist gut isoliert und über eine Wendeltreppe erreichbar. Es ist modern möbliert und hat eine Stehhöhe von 1.80 m. Die 15 qm sind in der Grundfläche größer, aber die Dachschräge reduziert die effektive Nutzbarkeit. Dazu gibt es eine Abstellkammer, in der sich eine Kleiderstange und ein Regal für Kleidung, etc. befinden.
Die Haus-WG ist schön eingerichtet, mit moderner Küche mit Spülmaschine, einem großen und gemütlichen Wohnzimmer mit Fernseher, inklusive Klavier, zwei Badezimmern, einem Gäste-WC, einer Waschküche mit Trockner und Waschmaschine, einer Fahrrad-Garage und einem süßen Garten.

Hi everyone!
We are looking for a flatmate for our WG in Neubiberg.
The room is located on the top floor, it's well insulated, and can be reached by spiral stairs. It is modernly furnished. The roof is 1.80 m high. The area is larger than 15 m2, but due to the low roof, some parts can't be used. Additionally, there's a store-room with a wardrobe, where you can store your clothing etc.
We share the whole house, which is nicely furnished. It consists of a modern kitchen with dishwasher, a large and cosy living room with TV, piano included, two bathrooms, a guest toilet, a washing room including drier, a garage for our bikes and a cute garden.
Die Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel ist sehr gut. Die S-Bahn Haltestelle Neubiberg und Busse sind in jeweils 10 Gehminuten erreichbar. Und man ist in 11 Minuten am Ostbahnhof und in 22 Minuten am Hauptbahnhof!
Das Haus liegt in Neubiberg in einem ruhigen Wohnviertel und in der Nähe befinden sich ein Wald und ein riesiger Landschaftspark, der auf dem alten Flughafengelände errichtet wurde. Die Ortsmitte von Ottobrunn und Einkausmöglichkeiten (REWE, Denn's, Müller, Bäcker, Restaurants...) sind gut zu Fuß in ca. 10 Minuten erreichbar. Das Einkaufszentrum PEP ist mit dem Auto 15 Min. entfernt.

There's a very good connection to the public transport. The S-Bahn station "Neubiberg" and bus stop are reached in 10 min by foot. In 11 min you are at "Ostbahnhof" and in 22 min you are at the central station!
The house is located in Neubiberg in a quiet neighbourhood and near a forest and a huge park called the "Landschaftspark", which is placed on the old airport. Ottobrunn downtown and shopping facilities (supermarket, drugstore, bakery, restaurants,...) can be reached in about 10 min by foot. The shopping mall PEP is 15 min away by car.
In unserer WG wohnen Franzi, Jasmin und die Brüder Fabio und Felix.
Franzi malt gerne und macht beruflich was beim Film. Außerdem hört sie viel Musik, geht laufen und spielt Klavier. Jasmin macht eine Weiterbildung zur Chemietechnikerin, ist in einer Tanzgruppe aktiv und fährt gerne Ski.
Fabio studiert Umweltingenieur, geht auch gerne skifahren und wandern, und hat nach der Schule eine lange Weltreise gemacht. Felix ist Softwareingenieur, mag Ski fahren, golfen und macht gerade einen Jagdschein. Louis, kommt oft zu Besuch, er ist unser ganz lieber und anhänglicher WG-Hund:)
Das WG-Leben ist sehr angenehm und unkompliziert. Abends essen wir manchmal zusammen, und machen Spiele- und Kochabende. Nintendo Switch Runden, Gesellschaftsspiele, Beer Pong oder Ähnliches gehören natürlich auch mit zum Programm. Im Sommer grillen wir öfter mal gemeinsam.
Wir wünschen uns eine Mitbewohnerin, die sauber und ordentlich ist, Rücksicht auf andere nimmt und unkompliziert ist. Wir würden uns freuen, wenn wir ab und zu mal etwas gemeinsam machen könnten, aber natürlich respektieren wir auch die Ruhe der anderen. Und wir möchten gerne jemanden, der ein Jahr oder länger bleiben würde.

The members of our WG are Franzi, Jasmin and the brothers Fabio and Felix. Franzi likes painting and is working at film shoots. She also enjoys listening to music, running and playing the piano. Jasmin does a further education in chemical engineering, is member of a dance group and likes skiing. Fabio is studying environmental engineering. He loves skiing and hiking and did a trip around the world after school. Felix is studying electrical engineering, loves skiing and playing golf, and is currently training for the shooting licence. Louis, comes to visit us quite often, he is our lovely WG-dog :)
Life in our WG is very easy going and uncomplicated. We are having dinner together and we also have done several cooking and movie nights. Evenings of playing Nintedo Switch, board games, beer pong etc. are part of our activities as well of course. In the summertime, we sometimes have barbecue in the garden.
We would like to have a nice flatmate, who is neat and tidy, considerate, and uncomplicated. It would be nice if we could do things together sometimes. And we would like to find someone who will stay one year or longer.
