Beautiful big and furnished room with big windows and lots of natural light. I have a few plants which would need watering once a week (very easy and I can give you instructions).
Central location with public transport very closeby (Tram and Bus 2 min, Ubahn ~10 min). Even by bike it's very quick to get to the city centre.
There's a small Penny right next to the building which is very useful.
All three flatmates are really nice, welcoming and good to talk to. It's mainly a "Zweck-WG" so everyone has their own space and privacy.
The shared rooms (kitchen and bathroom) are always tidy and clean.
