Hey, this is Enrique and this is some of the info regarding the room.
- The room is 14 square meters, it is bright and the window have curtains, so sleeping comfortable is not a problem.
- The room has a bed, closet, a desk, one wooden cabinet, laundry bag and a great gamer chair. (In the pictures you can see some of my personal stuff, but I will take them away before I leave. (Bed sheets and pillow are not included. It will be just the mattress).
The WG is shared with 4 more people and all of us have our specific space in the fridge and kitchen to put our food. (You will be using mine ;) )
An important thing to mention is that there is a plan to change the kitchen and make it new. So probably in 1 or 2 weeks there will be people working on puting the new kitchen together. During this time, we won't have the chance to cook here. (it will last 1 week approx).
The reason I am moving temporarily is because I am going in vacation, since this a semester break from school.
If you are interested we will love to know about you, please, write a short message about you so we can get to know you a little bit better and then we can arrange a meeting to see the WG in person. ( you can see more info in the next tab)

The WG aparment is near Olympiapark (Neuhausen - Nymphenburg). We have different types of public transportation very close!!
- Tram (20/21) = 8 mins walking (Good thing about the tram is that it is also Night Tram)
- U1 station (Gern) = 15 mins walking
- Bus = 5 mins walking
A great thing is that we have an Edeka nearby and some small restaurants and small business.
but of course you can also take the Tram and in 10 mins you will be in Hauptbahnhof, 15 mins to Marienplatz.
There is a keller where you can put your bike or if you want you can leave it in the backyard where all neighbors put theirs.
We are a very friendly and calm 5 people WG. Julia, Aleix, Serkan, Julia and me.
For now, I am the only student in the WG, since all of the others work now and that is why we all have different schedules which means that there is never a problem when someone needs to take a shower!!
We love talking to each other when we are together. Most of the times it happens during the weekend or during everyday evening to talk about our day or funny stuff.
We are very supportive with each other, so in case you need something, they are always open to help and of course you can also write me a message via Whatsapp and I can try to help you from wherever I am haha.
We have also a Whatsapp group that I will include you in case you need something and we use splitwise app to share the WG expenses.
Since we are 5 people in one WG, cleanliness is very important. We have a cleaning plan and we are trying to stick with it. That is one of the most important things in the WG.
The reason I am leaving for this period of time is because I am going back to my home country for vacations during the semester break. After that, I will come back to continue with my studies.
