Ich vermiete ein 15m2 Zimmer in einer 5er WG in Neuhausen für 3 Monate (vom 01.11.2023 - 30.01.2024).
Das Zimmer liegt im ruhigen Innenhof und ist Teil einer neu renovierten 5-Zimmer Wohnung und ist aktuell nur von einem weiteren Bewohner bewohnt, die restlichen Mieter werden noch gesucht.
Das Zimmer ist ab sich unmöbliert, es gibt aber einen kleinen Tisch und im Keller einen Kleiderschrank den man benutzen kann aber nicht muss. Ich kann von meiner Seite eine Luftmatratze anbieten, wie du das Zimmer nutzt und welche Möbel du brauchst, ist letzlich dir überlassen. Wichtig ist nur, dass nach Mietende alles wieder so ist wie davor und es aktuell noch kein Wlan gibt, vielleicht geben Nachbarn ihr Passwort aber frei.
