Unmöbliertes Zimmer in frisch bezogener 2er-WG. Das Zimmer befindet sich im 3. OG ohne Aufzugsmöglichkeit. Die kärgliche Ausstattung der WG auf den Fotos ist auf frischen Einzug des Hauptmieters zurückzuführen und wird sich bald ändern. Es handelt sich um einen sanierten Altbau. Bad und Küche sind etwas beengt aber vollkommen ausreichend.

Unfurnished room in a newly occupied shared flat for 2 people. The room is located on the 3rd floor without elevator access. The sparse furnishings in the photos are due to the main tenant having recently moved in and will soon change. It is a renovated old building. The bathroom and kitchen are somewhat cramped but perfectly adequate.
Ruhige Lage im Innenhof eines weitläufigen Wohnkomplexes. Rotkreuzplatz (ca 8 min) und Donnersbergerbrücke (ca 14 min) sind fußläufig. Edeka (ca 4 min) und Rewe (ca 8 min) sowie Norma (3 min) sind alle in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Quiet location in the inner courtyard of a spacious residential complex. Rotkreuzplatz (approx. 8 min) and Donnersbergerbrücke (approx. 14 min) are within walking distance. Edeka (approx. 4 min) and Rewe (approx. 8 min) as well as Norma (3 min) are all in the immediate vicinity.
WG wird aktuell nur von mir (Hauptmieter, 25m Student) bewohnt. Ein geselliges Miteinander ist erhofft, aber Möglichkeit zum Rückzug und Privatsphäre sind stets gegeben. Aufgrund meines Koch-Analphetismus stellt gemeinsames Kochen keine Option dar. Öftere Gastbesuche sind zu erwarten, sowie ggf. spärliche Anwesenheit meinerseits an Abenden und Samstags.

Shared flat is currently only occupied by me (main tenant, 25m student) A sociable coexistence is hoped for, but the possibility to retreat and privacy are always given. Due to my cooking analphetism, cooking together is not an option. Visitors are to be expected relatively regularly, as well as possibly only occasional presence from me on evenings and Saturdays.
WLAN ist vorhanden.Parkmöglichkeiten sind nur begrenzt vorhanden. Bei Interesse an Einzug gerne direkt Termin zur Wohnungsbesichtigung anfragen. Wohnung wird bis 4. Dezember vergeben sein.
