The room is 20 m2 and is fully furnished (incl. the double bed and a The price).
Price is €900 all included. Cannot accept job center.
The room has one side of it as a huge sliding french window with a balcony. The balcony has a table and 2 chairs which makes it very bright.
The apartment has one shared kitchen with all required appliances and storage space.
There is an indoor storage room, 2 bathrooms and 1 bathtub.
There is indoor cellar space for bikes. The washing machine is also in the cellar (common to the building).
There is also WiFi.
The room is less than 200m from the bus/tram stop Fasanariestraße and 6 mins walking from Leonrodplatz.
The Bus 53/Tram 12 takes you directly to Rotkreuzplatz, Schwanthalerhöhe, Nordbad and Münchner Freiheit.
The Tram 20/21 take you directly to Hauptbahnof, Marienplatz, Karlsplatz and Moosach under 15 minutes.
There is a gas station and. Penny right behind the house and a bakery across the street.
Everything else needed (Apotheke,Rossmann,dm,Rischart,Cafes etc) are 1-2 Trams stops away in both directions.
The other 4 flatmates are very international, diverse, young and cool. They speak German and English and are social and respectful.
They are a mix of German and international young workers and students.
Some like to hang out more, other are more reserved. We usually meet in the kitchen for a chat and occasionally eat together.
Temporary rental as well as unlimited rental possible.
The person must pay from 1st of April. Rent is €900 all included.
Online applications are also accepted in both English and German.
I will select the candidate mostly based on the speed with which they can sign the contract and then pay deposit and rent.
