Ich biete hier ein voll möbliertes Zimmer in einer 3er WG an.
Das Zimmer ist ab Mitte - Ende Januar verfügbar - langfristige Bewerber sind gerne gesehen. Jedoch sollte der Mindestaufenthalt bei 6 Monaten liegen.
Das Zimmer und auch die komplette Wohnung sind voll möbliert.
In dem Zimmer ist ein Bett 90 x 200 ein großer Schrank, Schreibtisch.
Die Küche und das Bad sind natürlich voll ausgestattet.
Außerdem gibts in der Wohnung Wlan ohne Limit mit 50mb pro Sekunde.
Also am besten einfach kurz vorstellen in der Email mit Alter, Studiengang/Beruf, Facebook Account... und vielleicht gehört das Zimmer schon dir.
I'm offering a nice room which is fully furnished in a flatshare of 3 girls.
The room is available from mid or end of January 2021 and we're looking for somebody to stay long termed but minimum 6 months.
The whole flat (kitchen, bathroom) and your room are fully furnished.
In the room there is a double bed 90cm x 200cm
a big wardrobe, desk and a chair...
There is also unlimited highspeed Wifi in the whole flat with 50mb per second.
The rent is 500€ including all bills.
You can move in straight away since the room is already vacant.
If you´re interested in the room, just introduce yourself with your age, job/study... and maybe the room will be yours. At the moment two rooms are available in the flatshare.
Die Wohnung liegt im Stadtteil Neuhausen an der Tram Station Goethe Institut.
Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs sind alle fußläufig innerhalb von 5 Minuten zu erreichen.
Die Tram bringt dich in weniger als 10 Minuten zum Hauptbahnhof.
The flat is located in Neuhausen at the Tram Station Goethe Institut.
There are plenty of grocery shops, bakerys nearby.
The Tram takes you in less then 10 minutes to Central Station.
Es handelt sich um eine Frauen WG aktuell wohnen eine indonesische Studentin und eine Deutsch-Afrikanische Zahnarzthelferin in der WG. Langfristige Mieter sind erwünscht! Mindestens jedoch 6 Monate.
