Das Zimmer ist klein aber fein mit tollem Ausblick auf die Stadt und auf die Berge. Du kannst es möbliert oder unmöbliert haben. Wir haben ein kleines Wohnzimmer, eine Küche mit Essecke und einen Balkon. Zusätzlich gibt es noch Stauraum im Gang und im Keller. Im Wohnzimmer gibt es einen Fernseher mit Spielekonsole und im Bad sowohl Waschmaschine als auch Trockner und es gibt eine zusätzliche Toilette.
The room ist smal but nice with a great view over Munich and the Mountains. Depending on your preference you can rent the room with or without furniture. We have a small living room, a kitchen with dining space and a balcony. In addition there is room to store additional belongings in the basement or the corridor. In the living room there is a telly with a games console, we have a washing machine, a tumble dryer and an extra toilet. Stockwerk liegt die Wohnung?
Direkt am Olympiapark mit der Tram 20 und 21 vor der Türe. Die U-Bahn-Linie 1, Haltestelle Gern, ist auch nicht weit weg. Es gibt einen Edeka in der Straße und auch andere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Für Wasserratten ist das Dante-Bad auch gleich um die Ecke.
Right next to the Olympiapark with the Tram lines 20 and 21 at the back of the house. The U1, Gern, is also not far. There is a supermarket on the same street and some other shops are close by. For swimmers the Dantebad is right around the corner.
Wer sind WIR?
Wir sind keine Zweck-WG aber wenn du nichts mit uns unternehmen willst ist das auch ok ;).
Wir sind eine Erzieherin und ein Büromensch. Wenn gerade nicht Corona ist, haben wir gerne Freunde zu Besuch zum Kochen und zu Spieleabenden. Auch während Corona haben wir öfter online mit Freunden gespielt. Ansonsten kochen wir ab und zu zusammen oder trinken ein Glas Wein. Wenn das Wetter schön ist gehen wir gerne mal spazieren im Olympiapark oder Wandern.
Who are we??
We are not living together just because it's convinient but we like to spent time together. But that doesn't mean we expect you to spend your time with us (but you are welcome to)
We are a kindergarten teacher and an office person. When we are not restricted by covid rules we like having friends here to cook together or play board games.
