Suche nur nach Frauen oder Divers.
Aktuell wohne ich alleine in der Wohnung, jedoch bin mittlerweile sehr viel bei meinem Freund Zuhause. Daher würde ich gerne die Hälfte der Wohnung untervermieten. Das heißt aber auch, dass du die Wohnung zum Großteil der Zeit für dich alleine haben wirst. Momentan steht noch kein Bett im Wohnzimmer, doch die Schlafcouch ist sehr bequem und wenn du willst, könnte ich dir in den nächsten Wochen evtl ein Bett besorgen.
Was noch wichtig ist zur Wohnung:
- in deinem Zimmer stehen auch Pflanzen, die du bitte einmal die Woche gießen solltest - sonst sind sie sehr pflegeleicht (:
- bitte nachts nicht laut sein! Nicht wegen mir, sondern die Nachbarn sind da empfindlich.
- es ist mir wichtig eine saubere und aufgeräumte Küche zu haben und ich hoffe du hast da eine ähnliche Vorstellung. Der Geschirrspühler und der Saugroboter machen es dir jedoch auch einfach (;
- ich hab ein altes Fahrrad im Keller, das du gerne benutzen darfst
- gerne auch Wochenendpender - dein Auto kannst du kostenlos vor der Türe abstellen & es ist fast immer binnen 5min ein Parkplatz zu finden.
- weil ich ein vorsichtiger Deutscher Spießer bin, bevorzuge ich Leute, die eine private Haftpflichtversicherung haben - aber die hat ja sowieso jeder, oder?!
- wenn wir uns gut verstehen kann der Vertrag gerne verlängert werden
Es würde mich freuen, wenn wir uns anfreunden würden, wenn du jedoch an einer Zweck-WG interessiert bist, ist das auch okay für mich.

Looking only for women or divers.
Currently I live alone in the apartment, but am now very much with my boyfriend at home. Therefore, I would like to sublet half of the apartment. But that also means that you will have the apartment for yourself most of the time. Currently there is no bed in the living room, but the sofa bed is very comfortable and if you want I could get you a bed in the next few weeks.
What else is important about the apartment:
- in your room there are also plants, which you should please water once a week - otherwise they are very low-maintenance (:
- please do not be loud at night! Not because of me, but the neighbors are sensitive there.
- It is important to me to have a clean and tidy kitchen and I hope you have a similar idea. The dishwasher and the suction robot make it easy for you, too (;
- I have an old bike in the basement, which you are welcome to use
- gladly also weekend donors - you can park your car free of charge in front of the door & it is almost always within 5min to find a parking space.
- because I am a cautious German bourgeois, I prefer people who have a private liability insurance - but everybody has it anyway, right?!
- if we get along well the contract can be extended with pleasure
I would be happy if we would become friends, but if you are interested in a purpose-WG, that is also okay for me.
