Hello guys,
i will Sublet my room while on holidays to a quiet and openminded female. The room is bright and Has a double bed and a balcony. There is a safety net on the balcony for my little child which you can see on the photo. Station laim and romanplatz and 2 beautiful parks are very close. For half of the time you will have the flat for yourselve, the other half you will have a female flatmate. She is a very nice young woman so we are also looking for another female flatmate for this period.
You can smoke on the balcony!

Bin im Urlaub, daher vermiete ich währenddessen mein helles Zimmer mit Doppelbett und Balkon an ein ruhiges und fröhliches Mädel. Deine Mitbewohnerin ist superlieb und aufgeschlossen. Zur Station Laim sind es 5 Minuten, zum Hirschgarten ebenfalls. Eigentlich wohne ich in dem Zimmer mit meinem kleinen Kind, wir machen nur einen Monat Urlaub :-)
