Gut gelegen - U1/U7 Rotkreuzplatz 4min entfernt - SBahn Donnersbergerbrücke 5 min und Bus&Tram in der Straße.
Viele Restaurants, nette Bars und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (DM, Rewe, Alnatura, Wochenmarkt) ebenfalls 5 min.
