Wir sind gleich neben dem Massmannpark; Tischtennisplatten, Basketballcourt, Fussballplatz, Skatepark, Crossfit oder Yogagruppen, alles inklusive. Es gibt immer was zu tun.

5 Minuten zur Tram (Sandstraße) und U-Bahn (Theresienstraße) - laufen geht immer schneller.
Lidl, Edeka und DM in 3 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
We are right next to the Massmannpark; table tennis tables, basketball court, football pitch, skate park, Crossfit or yoga groups, all included. There's always something to do.
10 min walk to the TUM
5 minutes to the tram (Sandstraße) and U2 (Theresienstraße) - remember running is always faster.
Lidl, Edeka and DM also within 4 minute walking distance.
Hey, wir sind das Massmannwohnheim
Das Wichtigste: Man teilt sich mit den 24 (Ja wg-gesucht lässt leider nicht mehr anzeigen) Mitbewohnern die sanitären Anlagen und die Küche. Es gibt ein großes Wohnzimmer, einen Balkon eine große Gartenanlage (samt Hühner!) und eine Trainingsanlage. Ein Beamerraum kann nach Absprache auch benutzt werden. Unsere Sauna ist kurzfristig außer Betrieb - vielleicht hast du eine Lösung.
Unser Zusammenleben: Wir sind ein Wohnheim, das sich selbstverwaltet. Es ist also wichtig das man etwas zum Erhalt und zur Gemeinschaft beiträgt. Außerdem organisieren wir pro Jahr 3 große 1-Tag Festivals.
Da wir gerne auch mal (meistens) im Wohnzimmer feiern, wird's auch ab und zu etwas lauter in den Zimmern. Das sollte dich nicht zu sehr stören :-) Wir würden uns natürlich freuen, wenn du der einen oder anderen Party feste beiwohnst!

Hey, we're the Massmann Wohnheim,
The most important thing: you share the sanitary facilities and the kitchen with the 24 (yes wg-gesucht does not show more) flatmates. There is a large living room, a balcony, a large garden (including chickens!) and a training facility. A projector room can also be used by arrangement. Our sauna is temporarily out of order - maybe you have a solution.
How we live together: We are a self-governed dorm. It is therefore important that you contribute to the maintenance and the community. We also organize 3 big 1-day festivals per year.
As we also like to celebrate (mostly) in the living room, it gets a bit noisy in the rooms from time to time. That shouldn't bother you too much :-) We would of course be delighted if you could attend one or two of the parties!

Ich werde kurz verreisen und biete jemandem die Möglichkeit mit einer lebhaften Gruppe von Studenten mitten in der Stadt zu leben. Zimmer ist für zwei Wochen, die Küche und Bäder werden geteilt. Sommer ist hier, mit dem Rad kommst du in 10 Minuten in Englische Garten oder 20 am Flaucher.
