wir vermieten zwei möblierte Zimmer. Die Vermietung ist erstmal auf ein Jahr befristet. Die Möglichkeit auf Verlängerung besteht. Die Wohnung ist im 4 OG ohne Aufzug.

Die Wohnung hat 62m² mit zwei Zimmer, Bad, Küche, Flur und Balkon.

Beide Zimmer sind mit Möbeln (Bett, Schreibtisch, Stuhl, Schrank oder Kommoden) ausgestattet. Das Zimmer mit dem Südbalkon hat eine Couch. Das Zimmer mit dem begehbaren Kleiderschrank hat einen gemütlichen Sessel und einen wunderschönen Ausblick über die Dächer von München.

Die Küche ist neu eingerichtet und enthält u.a. Kühlschrank, Kochherd, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Kochtöpfe und Geschirr. Sie bietet gemütliche vier Sitzmöglichkeiten am Tresen.

Das helle Bad mit Fenster bietet ausreichend Stauraum um von zwei Personen geteilt zu werden.

Die Kaltmiete liegt bei 750 Euro pro Zimmer. Die Nebenkosten betragen 198,29 Euro pro Zimmer.

we are renting two furnished rooms in an apartment. The rental is initially limited to one year. The possibility of an extension exists, but can only be considered at the end of this year. The apartment is on the 4th floor without a lift.

The apartment has 62m² with two rooms, bathroom, kitchen, hallway and balcony.

Both rooms are equipped with furniture (bed, desk, chair, closet or chest of drawers). The room with the south-facing balcony has a couch. The room with the walk-in closet has a comfortable armchair and a wonderful view over the roofs of Munich.

The kitchen is newly furnished and contains, among other things, a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, cooking pots and crockery. It offers four comfortable seats at the counter.

The bright bathroom with window offers enough storage space to be shared by two people.

The monthly cold rent is 750 Euro per room. The additional costs are 198,29 Euro per room.

Viewings of the flat can be organized with the current renters. We look forward to your introduction.
