Das Zimmer ist in einer Wohngemeinschaft, mit 2 anderen Leuten, beide Studenten und arbeiten auch, wirklich nett, sauber und organisiert. Sie haben natürlich nichts dagegen, wenn du die Küche, das Badezimmer (mit Badewanne🛁) und den Balkon benutzt, sobald du sie sauber hälst, was wirklich sehr wichtig ist.
Über das Zimmer:
-15qm(Vorsicht, auf dem Bild sieht es größer aus)
-1 Bad
-1 Küche
-Balkon (man kann vom Fenster aus auf den Balkon gehen)
Die Wohnung ist sehr schön gelegen, zwischen Leonrodplatz und Rotkreuzplatz, nur eine Station mit Bus/Tram entfernt. Oder etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Ein Penny-Supermarkt ist nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß, ein Getränkemarkt, ist direkt aus dem Eingang der Wohnungen, so nur eine Minute zu Fuß. Rossman 10 Minuten zu Fuß, wo es auch ein Edeka und eine Bäckerei gibt.

The room is in a flat share, with 2 other people, both students and working aswell, really kind, clean and organised. They ofcourse don't mind if you use the kitchen, the bathroom(with a bathtub🛁), and the balcony, as soon as you clean after yourself, which is really REALLY important.
About the room:

My flatmate who is the main landlord, would like to have a deposit, which we have to talk and agree about it.
The flat is pretty nice located, between Leonrodplatz and Rotkreuzplatz, just one station with bus/tram far from them. Or like a 10 mins walk. A penny supermarket is just 5 mins walk, a beverage market, is right out the entry of the block flats, so just a min walk. Rossman less than 10 mins walk, where there is also an Edeka and a bakery.
