A room in a 4-person shared apartment has become available at a friend's house at short notice. The room is available immediately.
The apartment is located in a house from the 1950s. It was recently partially renovated. (new floors were laid, walls painted).
The room is a real space miracle. On ca. 10 sqm you will find everything you ideally need for the first weeks in Munich. The room is equipped with a bed (mattress only), a table with chair and a wardrobe. You also have access to a balcony, which faces the courtyard. Therefore, it is very quiet in the room. The balcony is also suitable for hanging and drying laundry.
The apartment also has a bathroom with a bathtub and a washing machine. A kitchen with dishwasher and oven complete the offer.
Costs for the internet will be added. You would share these with your two very nice and sympathetic flatmates. (From the Philippines and Nepal)
Since I am only a mediator, only the first 5 serious requests will be forwarded to the landlord. So it is worth to be quick.

Bei einem Bekannten ist kurzfristig ein Zimmer in einer 4er-WG frei geworden. Das Zimmer ist ab sofort verfügbar.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Haus aus den 1950er Jahren. Sie wurde vor kurzem teilweise saniert. (neue Böden wurden verlegt, Wände gestrichen)
Das Zimmer ist ein wahres Raumwunder. Auf knapp 10 qm findest du alles, was du idealerweise für die ersten Wochen in München benötigst. Denn das Zimmer ist mit einem Bett (nur Matratze) , einen Tisch mit Stuhl und einem Schrank ausgestattet. Außerdem hast du Zugang zu einem Balkon, welcher auf den Innenhof ausgerichtet ist. Dadurch ist es im Zimmer sehr ruhig. Der Balkon eignet sich auch dafür, Wäsche aufzuhängen und zu trocknen.
Die Wohnung verfügt weiterhin über ein Bad mit Badewanne und Waschmaschine. Eine Küche mit Geschirrspüler und Backofen ergänzen das Angebot.
Kosten für das Internet kommen noch hinzu. Diese würdest du dir mit deinen beiden sehr netten und sympatischen Mitbewohnern teilen. (Von den Philipinen und aus Nepal)
Da ich nur Vermittler bin, werden nur die ersten 5 ernsthaften Anfragen an den Vermieter weitergeleitet. Schnell sein lohnt sich also.
The apartment is located in close proximity to the train station in Giesing. You are with bus, subway, streetcar and S-Bahn within 10 - 15 minutes at the main station or in the city center. You have numerous possibilities to shop on site. An Asian supermarket is located directly below the apartment, Edeka and HIT are less than 5 minutes walk away.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in unmittelbarer Lage am Bahnhof in Giesing. Du bist mit Bus, U-Bahn, Tram und S-Bahn innerhalb von 10 - 15 Minuten am Hauptbahnhof oder im Stadtzentrum. Du hast vor Ort zahlreiche Möglichkeiten einzukaufen. Ein Asia-Supermarkt befinet sich direkt unter der Wohnung, Edeka und HIT sind keine 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.
