Hello,
As me and my roommate are leaving for the Winter for an internship, we are subletting our second room in our 2er WG. The room is 10m2 big, luminous, equipped with a 140*200 bed, a table and plenty of storage.
You will share the flat with Justus, the other flatmate (who is coming here for an internship). The flat includes a spacious 90m2 living room, a nice bathroom as well as an equipped kitchen. And you also have a really nice view on the Alps!
The WG is located at Reginfriedstraße 12, which is really central. It is 2 minutes from the U1 (Wettersteinplatz), hence a 10 minutes ride from the Hauptbahnof. Tram 15 and 25 are also 2 minutes away from the apartment. The apartment is not far from the Isar.
As for shops, there is a REWE City 100m away from the apartment. There are also 2 gyms and a bigger REWE that you can reach within 5 minutes.
Visits will take place tonight, and you could move in tomorrow. To make this right, a subletting contract can be signed.
