My roommate and I are both moving out of our beautiful and bright 45m2 apartment in the lovely Giesing, perfect for a 2-person flatshare! The 1st bedroom is 16m² and the 2nd 18,5m², with large windows and nice light all day long.
The apartment is newly refurbished, so your room is of very high quality. The special thing about your room is the large windows that flooded the room with daylight. It is equipped with a new heating system, a new floor and elegant dimmable light spots. The kitchen is equipped with the best electrical appliances and leaves nothing to be desired. The bathroom, which is also new, has a beautiful rain shower. In addition, there is a great washing machine included.
You will also have access to the shared garden of the building.
Minimum 12 months rental, 751€ per room all-inclusive, bike garage + parking space!
Each person will have his own contract. Possibility to take the flat entirely with only one contract.

Giesing is a very nice neighbourhood, quiet and perfectly located next to all major shopping opportunities. Edeka, vegetable shop, bakery, DM and local restaurants and bars are at the corner of the flat! You are also 10min away by foot from V-markt, a massive supermarket with everything you need! (food, clothes, gardening and building equipment).
The apartment has very good connections to public transport: (Bus 54 / Tram 18 / S3 + S7 / U-Bahn 2)
Tram station 18 is just around the corner and the underground station U2, the S-Bahn and bus stops are less than 5min walk.
You can get to the Munich hot spots very quickly:

---> Gärtnerplatz / Frauenhoferstr. (9 minutes)
---> Stadtmitte / Sendliger Tor, (10 minutes)
