Die ruhig gelegene, neu sanierte Wohnung befindet sich nur 3 Minuten von der U-Bahnhaltestelle Unterbergstraße entfernt. Das große Wohnzimmer bietet ein geräumiges Sofa und einen einladenden Esstisch. Außerdem verfügt die Wohnung über einen schönen Balkon, sowie ein Bad und separates WC.
Da mein Mitbewohner und ich geplant hatten, beide ab September ins Berufsleben in München einzusteigen ist die Wohnung de facto noch unbewohnt seit wir sie nach der Sanierung übernommen haben. Da die Wohnung vorher unmöbliert war, sind die Möbel und die Küche in der Wohnung auch neu von uns gekauft worden. Ich gebe nun kurzfristig schweren Herzens mein Zimmer in der WG ab, da eine berufliche Veränderung dafür gesorgt hat, dass ich nach Frankfurt ziehen muss.
Da ich in eine möblierte Wohnung einziehen werde, können alle Möbel aus meinem Zimmer (Bett, Schreibtisch, zwei Kleiderschränke, Kleiderstange) übernommen werden.
Dein zukünftiger Mitbewohner Stephan (24) arbeitet als Unternehmensberater und wird daher oft nur zwischen Freitag und Sonntag zu Hause sein. Wenn er dann allerdings da ist, kann man mit ihm entspannt kochen, etwas trinken gehen oder auch bei einem Glas Wein über die neuesten politischen Ereignisse diskutieren. Außerdem geht Stephan gerne Joggen und ins Gym.

This quietly located, newly renovated flat is just 3 minutes from the Unterbergstraße underground station. The large living room offers a spacious sofa and a big dining table. The flat also has a nice balcony, as well as a bathroom and separate toilet.
As my flatmate and I had planned to both start working in Munich in September, the flat is partically still unoccupied since we took it over after the renovation. As the flat was previously unfurnished, the furniture and kitchen in the flat were also newly bought by us. It is with a heavy heart that I am giving up my room, as a change of job has meant that I have to move away from Munich.
As I will be moving into a furnished flat, all the furniture from my room (bed, desk, two wardrobes, clothes rail) can be taken over.
Your future flatmate Stephan (24) works as a management consultant and will therefore often only be at home between Friday and Sunday. However, when he is there, you can relax with him and cook, go for a drink or even discuss the latest political events over a glass of wine. Stephan also enjoys jogging and going to the gym.
