Hi, dear room seekers,
I have to leave my very bright and cozy room in my apartment in Balanstraße 138 for the month of December (5.12.2021 - 6.01.2022), so I am looking for a temporary tenant that can stay in the room for this short amount of time.
The room comes with a desk, a bed and some small furniture. There is no closet, unfortunately, but you are free to go look for one if you like!
The room is in Balanstraße 138. The 145 bus is 2 minutes on foot, but you can also quickly access the Giesing metro and train station is 8 minutes on foot (despite what Google maps say)
In the apartment currently lives Hannes (23) and me (24), but I will be leaving for December as I said.
The other two people who will rent the other two rooms will be coming soon, so I don't know much about them.
The flatshare is very relaxed. We often enjoy drinking a beer or a glass of gluhwein in the evening and chatting about random stuff. The random password that you have to use while contacting me is "papaya".
Smoking is not allowed in the room, but if you stick your head just out of the window in the living room while smoking, then it's fine.
No pets allowed, sorry :(
No KVR of extensions will be possible, unfortunately!
